Want to drive your truck on the beach? Division of Parks and Recreation surf-fishing beaches include Cape Henlopen State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park and Fenwick Island State Park. A saltwater fishing license is required in Delaware and there is a four-wheel drive vehicle license requirement for all state owned beaches. Licenses are available at state park offices.
